Predators Hit the Road for Tough Test Against Chelmsford Mischiefs
The Peterborough Predators return to action this Saturday with an away trip to face the Chelmsford Mischiefs. After an encouraging performance last time out, the Predators will be aiming to build momentum and return home with two valuable points.
The Peterborough Predators are back on the road this weekend as they travel to Essex to take on the Chelmsford Mischiefs at Riverside Ice & Leisure.
Face-off is scheduled for 5:00pm on Saturday 25 July, with the Predators looking to carry confidence into another challenging fixture against a strong Mischiefs side.
Although the Predators narrowly lost 4-3 to local rivals Peterborough Warriors in last weekend’s charity game, there were plenty of positives to take away from the performance. The event also raised more than £1,000 for Cancer Research UK, with the final fundraising total set to be announced shortly.
Now, the focus turns back to league action.
Chelmsford are always a competitive opponent, particularly on home ice, and the Predators know they will need to be at their best from the opening puck drop. Hard work, disciplined hockey and taking chances in front of goal will all be key if they are to come away with a positive result.
