The Peterborough Predators were beaten 7–3 on the road by the MK Jesters in a tough outing at Planet Ice Milton Keynes.

The Predators started brightly and opened the scoring midway through the first period. Jo Davies found the net at 14:13, finishing well after a setup from Shaun Mcleavy to give the visitors an early lead.

Despite that positive start, the Jesters responded strongly and began to take control of the game, building momentum and putting the Predators under sustained pressure. While the hosts pushed ahead on the scoreboard, Peterborough continued to battle and created chances of their own.

Gints Putāns was a standout performer for the Predators, scoring twice to keep his side in contention. His first came in the second period, before adding another in the third with Mcleavy again providing the assist.

However, MK Jesters proved clinical throughout and extended their lead, ultimately securing a convincing 7–3 victory.

Jo Davies was named Player of the Match for the Predators, capping a strong individual performance that included the team’s opening goal.

Shaun Mcleavy also impressed, contributing two assists, while Putāns’ brace highlighted the Predators’ attacking efforts on an otherwise difficult night.

Despite the result, the Predators showed flashes of quality, particularly in attack, but were unable to contain a strong Jesters side over the full 60 minutes.
